Hi maesuther,

I just wanted to say hi and that my mother has mixed connective tissue disease.  She was initially diagnosed with lupus in 1995 and went through several additional diagnoses before the final determination of Scleroderma, then MCTD was made.  If you need to reach out to someone who is her part-time caregiver and sees the effects upclose, please know that I'm here.

OUCH!!!  Many of us have several health issues that are all autoimmune related however nothing like actual MCTD (or Sharp's Syndrome). How long have you been battling?

And did you have a question about MCTD?
