Fatigue is a big part of having RA. When your body is constantly fighting itself it becomes physically draining. After having RA for twenty years I have found that for me nothing gives better energy than GOOD FOOD, whole grains, & fresh fruits and veggies all day long. White processed and refined sugars and flours are not only inflamitory they also turn into glucose which is only a temporary sugar high. The energy you have is determined by the fuel you give your body!  P.L.U.R  Peace, Love, Unity, Respect
