To be honest, I don't know. I do know that if you're on one of the Biologics, you should skip your dose or reschedule it if you're getting sick to avoid lowering your immune system even more because it could lead to the cold/flu/whatever getting much worse, but I'm not sure about methotrexate. I'd recommend you call your rheumatologist to check.
