Q: Auto immune - pos, swollen and bleeding gums, wrist pain, abdominal pain - what could it be

Blood work was done x3 and everything is normal, except the Auto-immune result is positive. Have wrist pain in right arm and in lower back. Swollen and bleeding gums for 2 weeks now. Abdominal pain and cramps and are swollen. Swollen glands in neck for more that 3 weeks and last two weeks especially sore and tender.
