I know a lot of people get very focused on lab results and as you'll see in that post I linked to, it's not the end-all and be-all of the picture. How are your symptoms? Do you feel that your RA is well-controlled on the medication you're taking?  Do you have a lot of swelling, fatigue and pain? If you do, talk to your doctor about treatment options - you may need to increase the dose of the medication you're on, switch medications or perhaps try combination therapy of several DMARDs (disease modifying antirheumatic drugs like methotrexate, Paquinil and the Biologics).
