Has anyone tried the glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM pills and if so how do they work for you?

I have been taking glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM triple strength pills (2 per day) for about 5 months. I was wondering if anyone else takes these and what they think of them. Also are there other "herbal" supplements that you have tried that seems to help with your RA...
