I used to take that combination of substances in one pill with the hope that I would benefit from them, based on the manufacturer's claims. But I must confess that after taking them for over six months, using three different brands, it was not working at all for me, so I discontinued them. I can not say that it is an unsubstantiated claim, since some other people apparently benefit from taking them, but I am not ready to recommend it to anyone.
