Hello, Nouhad,

I am not a doctor, so I can only offer my experience and what I have read.  Not everyone who has a high rheumatoid factor has RA.  Conversely, not everyone who has RA has an elevated Rheumatoid Factor.  An elevated blood test can mean several things.  I suggest you go over these numbers thoroughly w/your doctor.  He/she may refer you to a rheumatologist. I hope you find out something definitive soon and are able to obtain some relief.  Please let us know how you are doing.

Best Wishes,

V
