Cyclosporine and Rituxan (sp?)....anyone tried?

I was diagnosed with RA about 4 years ago and have since tried methotrexate, Plaquenil, Enbrel, Humira, and Prednisone with no luck of any remission. My rheumatologist now wants me to try Cyclosporine and Rituxan (sp?). Has anyone tried these that can tell me what side effects you experienced and...
