Hi Amy, I am on Rituxan, but I don't know what Cyclosporine is.  I was taking methotrexate with my Rituxan, but felt pretty lousy most of the time.  I have been off of it for 5 weeks now.  The doc said it will take 4-6 for it to get out of my system.  He did say that there were other meds I could take besides metho.   I am doing really well on Rituxan.  At first I experienced fatigue and nausa.  This lasted for about 4 days.  I have now had 4 IV's of the med and can't believe how "well" I feel...now that said...I am in a flare right now, but I also have Fibromyalga.  Therefore, I am not sure which it is.  Could it be that I have on the computer too long?   Going to Rituxan can be scary, but honestly other than the symptoms I described above, I would never know I had something so powerful working inside me.  And I have been on several other meds, like you.   Have a happy weekend:)  Arlene
