None of us went to questions on the site are doctors, so we do not have the kind of training that can interpret specific blood results. However, I can tell you that blood tests are not always a good predictor of whether or not you have RA, as some people have a negative RA factor, but still very obviously have the disease. Blood tests are therefore used as a supporting form of evidence, although you can end up with doctors who will only consider blood test results as a basis for diagnosis. It's one of the reasons people often end up going to several doctors before they get a proper diagnosis, so if you doctor is one of the people who really like numbers, you may have to find another doctor.
