Potatoes, tomatoes, white rice, white bread etc., stay away from acid foods, saturated fats and trans fatty foods.  These increase inflammation.

Good foods are walnuts, any foods with omega 3 , fish, any type of berries, concorde grape juice, cabbage, cauliflower, greens.  These help immune system.

Hope this helps

Gluten Products can cause flare ups...wheat, oats, rye.  And stay away from sugar.  I know this is tough because I have tried to go completely organic and eat a lot of raw foods.  I would say just do your best and have whatever you want at times just dont over do it.  Pepsi has always been my favorite but I really regret it cuz it causes a major flare up.  If you want to try some supplements then try 100% Krill oil and fish oil.

Hi Dolly,

I'd say stay away from too much sugar, processed foods and alcohol.

Fish, fruits and veggies, especially greens, are our friends.
