I take Nordic Naturals Pro Omega Liquid- approx 30grams daily. It has made a huge difference in the way I feel. It is the best brand on the market, pharmaceutical grade, molecularly distilled which is what you want because of the high dosage. It is a liquid but I chase it with juice so its not bad. It must be refridgerated so when I travel I take Coromega (different company)
