I try to be an active person but sometimes it really sucks the way I feel ; I was kayaking when I got out of my boat and fell on my arm and both shoulders were hurting that day but got better as I paddle and now that I am back at work everything is starting up again and I tell my rheumy but to him it's just like well thats how it is I don't think he gives a damn to me it is a waste of my time and money going to see him every 16 weeks not much to choose from here where I live but looking to getting a different Doc. I have had RA since I was 48 and I am now 51 and I am also going through menopause if I did not have my son who is 11 I would consider retirement where I work I have been there 31 yrs. and I do like my work just wonder  if anyone had suggestions for me it is hard having an
