Has anyone tried Bromelain (pineapple supplement) as one of their "alternative therapies" for RA? I just added it today to my folic acid, vitamin D, methotrexate, and Enbrel regiment. I'm hoping to know if someone has had any success with Bromelain. Thanks!
Bromelain is made of the enzyme in pineapple that has an anti-inflammatory effect, so it's quite likely that it may be helpful for you (it's also very good for digestive issues). However, I would definitely recommend that you use alternative medicine to supplement the regular western/allopathic medicine as the two together can get you further ahead.
