I have bulging disc L4& L5 my doctor put me on steriods & soma,
to reduce the swelling and for pain but I am almost done with it.
My back still hurts, severe headache & heart racing alot, what can I do?

You can try a Chiropractor. Other than that there is surgery but I would NOT advise that. My vertebrae are close to severing my spinal cord due to my RA. They wanted to do surgery on me but my whole back is goofed up so I would be constantly having surgery and probably wouldn't help or cripple me even more.
