I am pretty sure I have had at least some of the problem since before adolescents I am on azufadine 3000mg/day, plaquinil 200mg bid,celebrex200 mg bid, 50,000 units of vitamin d weekly and fossomax weekly. I am stll so tired and sometimes the pain is unbearable. Right now I am on medical leave. Just wondered what are the chances  of returning to work. My rheumatologist says Humira is next in a couple of weeks

Hi Cheryl,

Well, it really depends on how things work out. Everyone responds differently to the meds and no case is identical. None of us here are medical professionals, we can only speak to out own experience. Humira failed me, and I am on to my next biologic. Humira may help you right away! I hope it does. Make sure you are always honest with your Rheumy and ask tons of questions! I take Humira weekly till next week, then I go on Rituxin, also Arava, Salagen, Voltaren, lasiks, and Vicodin. I am after a year still looking for a good combo of meds and am on long term disability now. Hopefully the biologic will help you and you can get back to work!
