Hello, Tatiana,   I can't say that I think Embrel is any more safe than any of the other Biologic agents.  They all carry similar warnings and possible side effects.  Embrel has been around a long time, though.  I have been on both Humira and Orencia.  Humira never worked for me, but did make my sinuses go nuts.  Orencia, on the other hand, does not cause me any sinus problems.  We are all different and all react differently to medications.  In the end, you need to discuss your concerns with your doctor and then decide for yourself, as it is your body.  You need to have peace of mind.   Best Wishes, V
