Is RA really affecting my voice too?

My voice has been hoarse since 12/08. I've blamed it on allergies; but even when my allergies feel better my voice still isn't right....it isn't always blantantly obvious to others but it isn't going anywhere?
Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions?

O jene, I am so sorry.
Yep RA makes you hoarse. Usually, it's not dangerous. Just weird. There is a post here where it was brought up by angela53510 called vocal cords and it was about Jun 8. Can you look around and find that conversation?

Autopsies show it is common, but apparently few people complain. Like you and me, they don't know it's the RA. Bother.
