Symptoms? Could it be RA?

I am a 40yr old woman. Hysterectomy 5/07 and take hormone replacement. I have hypothyroid and take .125mg of Levoxyl daily. I also have Alopecia Universalis for 15yrs. Started having symptoms of joint stiffness in feet, low back and also leg achs in my calfs (like I had the flu) in May of 08....
