Q: Please help! Recently tested positive for the Antinuclear AB, qt was >=1:640. I also tested positive for the ANA screen w/ reflex.

Just visited a rheumatologist 2 weeks ago. Have struggled w/ fatigue for 5 years. About 15 mths ago, woke up and everything hurt (shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, hips) lasted 2 weeks then went away. Tried numerous drs in hometown, but no help. Finally took myself to rheumatologist. He is not sure what is going on, was talking lupus, but said tests results were not enough to put the "label" of lupus on me?? He wants to wait and retest blood in 4 months. Is this normal? Any information would be a blessing right now!
