I have been having allergic reactions and serious infections from all of my treatments so far; methotrexate, enbrel, and humira and that nasty presdisone. Any suggestions about what has worked for others eliminating reactions and reducing infections?

My  experiece  determines  there  are  no  alternatives  but  use  your  medication  as  prescribed  by  your  physician  and  learning  to  live  with  its  drastic  repercussions.

I  am  now  for  the  last  eight  years  on  the  two  big  guns ( METHO & PREDN ).

The  only  alternative  for  me  was  to  embark  on  a  personal  journey  of  reading   and  researce  to  determine  as  to   why  i  acquired  this debilitating  desease.

Being  exposed  to  this  desease for  a  prolong  period  of  time   you  alone  determine  whether  you  will  experience  a  premature  death  or  not.

I  can  only  say  i  am  now  decreasing  my  prednisone  dosage  gradually  and  have  to  bear  the  secondary   onslaught of  the  withdrawal  symptoms  of  this  horrible  but  effective  drug.
