What is the lymphoma RA connection?

30 years ago I was treated for non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and now I have RA.  I hear that there is a higher risk of developing lymphoma when someone has RA.  Did my lymphoma set me up for RA?  Am I alot more at risk for getting lymphoma again since I had it before?
