Hi Berneta,   Sorry to hear that you've been diagnosed with RA.  I hope you and your doctor can find a way to make things easier for you.   Many drugs are individually helpful, but can interact with another drug and cause problems and experts in the field are much better equipped to know of potential interactions.  The best person to answer your question in a reliable way is your doctor or pharmacist.  If you have severe pain, they may also be able to recommend a medication that would have the desired effect.
