I am really not sure about this? I think with all things moderation is the key.

My husband is a Naturopathic Doctor and he has always told me that too much coffee can be dehydrating and that this is not a good place for me to be.

 

I would check with your health care provider before you start drinking too much coffee!

i'v heard coffee is bad, but hey, i must drink ten cups a day, just to stay awake as i'm always tired.It hasn't made my symptons any worse and RA wise i feel preety ok, and i'v had it for 9 years,
