Methotrexate and "Boarder line" Bad Blood Test???

I've been taking Methotrexate for about 3.5 months now. I've just gotten a call from my Rheumy that my 3rd blood test has come back "boarderline" bad. I have also just gotten my physical at work and had "trace" amounts of white blood cells in my urine. Is this the beginning of my body not doing well with the Methotrexate. I did one month with Plaquenil before I broke out into an all over rash and had to stop taking it. Has anyone elso had this problem? How did it go for you? Did your body accept the drug or did you have to try something else???
