I was diagnosed with RA in 2006 and I have never had the positive factor either. I went several years with pain in both shoulders, neck, back, hands and ankle. I had MRI's taken which showed arthritis but was not sent to a rheumatologist so I went on my own and got help within a few months on Humaria. I am now doing well but still have a few pains when I overdo.
Hi I was diagnosed last year but was only ever told that my factor was positive. I suffer badly with my hand wrists shoulder neck and my knees. sometimes my hands are so bad I cant even open the kitchen door or lift the kettle to fill it in the morning. I would like to know my positive factor to givr me some indication as t how bad my RA is compared to how bad it can get. At least it would give me some sort of scale to compare with. somedays I feel I'm going crazy and imagining my illness and need to know more about how far the RA has progressed and what is left to come and other days I really dont want to know becasue it just hard enough living with RA without knowing any more!!
