Q: I have a very sever skin disorder that is very dry skin and a rash all over from face to legs what can I do for it?
Have you seen a dermatologist? That would be my best suggestion. You need to identify the cause of the rash so that the cause can be treated, not just the symptoms. My dermatologist has prescribed a strong steroid cream for me in the past, and it helped tremendously with the severe itchiness. I had hives at the time. Please make an appointment with a dermatologist, and let us know how you are doing.
