I would recommend starting with reading some of our two physician experts' posts.  Also, if you go to the "Find" tab near the top of the RA Central page, there is a drug information link.  Thre is also a treatment link under the Manage heading that might be helpful.  It contains links to various articles and posts.  Once you narrow your search to a few specific drugs or treatment options, I would use the search function to look for posts on each drug or alternative treatment specifically.  I think the post of pther members talking about their experiences are some of the best pros and cons you can find.  You also might want to go through the questions on the "Ask" page.  There are always lots of questions/answers on drugs and peoples experiences with them.
