All joints hurt in the morning
I am healthy male 58 years old. I have the following issues:
What is the reason for Both feet to get very cold and at times very hot. Toes on both feets are numb. It is painful all the time. (some time it burns like a fire, at times it feels like standing on ince for a long time). There is no other health issue. None smoker, non drinker, exercise regularly although it is painful on both feets.
At times I have thingling on my right fingers.
I saw many different specialists and no one knows the problem.
Also all joints hurt in the morning.
I would appreciate it if some one shade light.

You don't mention what kind of specialist you've seen and without knowing that, it's hard to advise you in any but the most general terms.
Regarding your feet - changes in sensation can be caused by back problems or neurological changes (like e.g., neuropathy), so if you haven't seen a neurologist or back specialist, you might want to try that.
You also don't mention whether the tingling in your fingers and your joint pain are new or have been around as long as your foot issues, so I'm can only be very general in answering those questions, as well. The tingling in your fingers could be coming from you back, shoulders or elbow. You could have moved wrong without noticing and perhaps have a pinched nerve somewhere. Or it could be caused by something else entirely - your doctor might be able to do some tests that would narrow it down. The problems with your feet, your fingers and your joints may be related or they may be caused by different issues. The best I advice I can give you is to keep going back to your doctor or ask for help. Sometimes, it can take a while before you can get a diagnosis.

As far as the burning and coldness in your feet, that is definitely speak to your doctor about this issue and see if he recommends seeing a neurologist, who may be able to diagnosis these problems for you. Now if you are having pain or stiffness in the morning and tingling in your fingers, you may want to speak with your doctor about these symptoms which are some of the symptoms found in rheumatoid arthritis patients. The problem is that nobody knows your body like you do, and symptoms are your bodies way of telling you that something is going on. Speak with your doctor honestly and make sure you express your fears and concerns. Do you have a family history or anything? How long have these symptoms been going on. These are all things you need to let your doctor know. Good luck and best wishes!

I am nervous this joint pain is going to get worse and I don't know what it is .. I took blood tests for RA & Lupus and my Doctor said it looked fine.
