Im out of work now due to my r/a condtion and im trying work out a little, tre mill, and walking. but alot of times I pay for it the next day. 
Q: Is it ok to exercise while on r/a meds enbrel,prednisone, oxy.

My dr encouraged me to do as much exercise as I wanted. He said in the long run it'd help keep my joints more flexible and less apt to get so stiff.

My doc encourages me to exercise, but I have trouble the next day, I find I cannot walk on even ground like concrete, I have to walk on grass, and at an even gait, and that stops my hips from hurting. I hope that makes sense to you.
