Thanks for answering my concern.
Do you think even 2mths on Prednisone will be harmful to me.My rheumy has said that if the condition stays he is going to put me back on methotrexate as I was cruising before I stopped that.Will this redness in eye go away atall?I know Prednisone long term use is very harmful,what I can't find is how long is long term.

Hi there
Thanks for your response.It has been a while for me(almost 2 yrs) now and have got all the side effects of Prednisone.Scleritis has been under control for about 8-10mths but finally had to take immunosupressent as well(Sylazoprine) as I am still trying to conceive.I think my scleritis went completely out of control and was not able to control by eye drops so took oral prednisone. Thanks for letting me know the medication name as it's life long so assuming I can have it again sometime in life I will check for tobramax.
