RA did not afect my ability to conceive at all, I was diaglnosed with RA after the birth of my first child at 32 years old. Second child wasn't planned was very excited but worried that the RA would make it really hard to cope, when i was 3 months pregnant the RA just seemed to dissappear and i felt wonderfull, no pain or anything, i had a very easy birth, didn't need pain killers ect, was up and about within minutes of giving birth, and i carried on feeling good until my child was about 4 months old, though my RA was never as severe as it was. Last year i had another unplaned pregnancy, which sadly ended in misscarriage. i hope you fall pregnant soon. good luck
