i had 3 positive ana's and dr still does not know what is wrong

i have been having severe pains in wrists, ankles, knees on both sides of body - ana's were positive 3 times in one yr. with high results - but, i cannot find all my dr. reports

and cant remember who i saw for these results - my main dr. has helped somewhat but,

it seems that he just does  not order any tests or x-rays - also went to a Rhemat. and

she was so rude - just said - "oh if i would have to sum it up i would say you have Fibro"

thats it. do not know where to go from here - not getting anywhere and still not feeling

good either - i have missed 2 weeks of work - now what? any help from you would be appreciated!! thanks Michelle - I am 42 yrs old and have had this ongoing for 3-5 yrs. and it gets worse - can hardly open my hands - in fact they are so sore in am, when i get up takes 2 hrs. to get going - and can only type alittle more before fingers are so stiff - please help - !!
