The Arthritis Center at Johns Hopkins, Baltimore Maryland
The Mayo Clinic Rheumatology Center, various locations
These places may also be able to recommend specialists and treatment centers closest to you, so ask around. I also suggest calling the Arthritis Foundation to ask for recommendations.
