Hi Bishoy,
You know I use the generic form of Plaquenil and have insurance but my cost a month has been $10.00. I alternate between 1 200mg tablet a day and next day I take 2 tabs which equals 400mg. My pharmicist said they don't use the brand name anymore b/c I asked if the brand name was better than generic and was told there was no difference.
