Exercise is great for your heart, and overall health. Unfortunately, I have read, that for about 20% of the population, exercise does not help w/weight loss. The ONLY way I can lose weight is to count calories. You might want to have your thyroid checked to make sure it is functioning properly. I know how frustrating it can be, trying to lose weight. It is a constant battle for me. Sometimes I do well, and sometimes I don't do well at all. I think the key is to not give up. Best Wishes, V

Thank you very much for your answer. I am continue with the exercises and eating healthy, but i add 8 onz. of green tea before each meal, then i lose 5lbs in a week. I am very happy with my progress.
