Does taking Lipitor effect RA meds, or does RA meds affect Lipitor

I am not a doctor but it is my understanding that Lipitor should not interfere with RA meds. If you believe you are having a reaction please consult your physician. But there have also been studies done suggesting that Lipitor has been beneficial in patients with RA, and has actually helped with inflammation. I heard taken statin, hurt ra patients, it cause muscle disease. It on Medicine net.com
I on statin, and the ra hits by shoulder and back muscle. It's very painful
