I am not a doctor but it is my understanding that Lipitor should not interfere with RA meds.  If you believe you are having a reaction please consult your physician.  But there have also been studies done suggesting that Lipitor has been beneficial in patients with RA, and has actually helped with inflammation.  If you have any questions or concerns, please ask your physician.  Good luck and best wishes!
