Q: During my employer's last drug screen, I had an invalid immunoassay test.

During my employer's last drug screen, I had an invalid immunoassay test. I'm currently taking plaquenil, bentyl and occasionally ultram (when it really hurts). Any idea on why the drug screen would be invalid? Thanks

Unfortunately, I have no idea. I'd recommend you call your rheumatologist for more information and possible assistance with explaining the test if your employer requires it.  You may also want to have a chat with your pharmacist, who may be able to give you more information.
