I checked it out in Google and found that it's a supplement used as a digestive aid. Among other things, it contains bromelain - this is a pineapple extract and since pineapple has an anti-inflammatory enzyme, maybe that's where the claim for it being good for RA comes from. However, on one of the pages I found about it, it's described as being good for osteoarthritis because " it does not inhibit inflammation, but in fact accelerates its course - so that pain subsides more quickly."  Not only does that sounds counterintuitive/illogical to me, but also concerns me a great deal regarding its possible impact on RA. You don't want something that accelerates inflammation - as far as I can see out, accelerating inflammation is another word for flare. Some supplements can increase your immune response (e.g., ecinecea), which is why people take it when they feel a cold coming on. However, taking ecinecea has been shown to cause flares in autoimmune diseases, so it's recommended that people with RA and the like stay away from them. I would recommend that you consult a licensed naturopathic doctor to get more information about this supplement before you take it.
