It's impossible to say - the people who answer questions on the site are not doctors and we can only guess based on our personal experience. However, RA can cause inflammation in tendons and ligaments, as well as joints and inflammation in joints may cause tenderness and muscles and tendons. The "uneasiness" in your fingers could be the morning stiffness typical of RA but the best person to speak to for you is a rheumatologist.
