Q: Voltaren Gel?

I'm wondering if anyone is using or has used Voltaren Gel when on methotrexate, or not. And how good does it work?

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about this kind of treatment, but I found a page on the net that has more information about it and you can see that here.  You may want to try to ask this question again in the SharePost, as they sometimes get more traffic than the Q&A section.

I used Voltaren Gel for several months. You have to measure it out on a small pc of paper and then rub it into your skin. I had an RX for it for my hands from my Ortho Dr, can't say it did anything for me at all. My Rhuemy told me I could stop using it. Guess it's one of those hit or miss drugs. I don't take Metho, I take Arava, so it may be different for you. Give it a try, never can tell! It drys pretty quickly into your skin, lots of warnings on it to NOT get it anywhere but where it is prescribed for though.
