my RF,QUANT. is 7 and RDW is 19.8 can you tell me what that means ? i have pain in my fingers

I seem to have th symptoms of rheumatoid symptoms , but the doc said the test came back negative. . The ANA screen was negative but the sedimentation rate is 25 ,which the report says is high. and the RF, quant is 7. My doc is very vague in explanations. I have pain in my fingers, like...
