Where can we find insurance when my husband is on Enbrel for arthritis?

My husband's employer cannot provide insurance anymore - small company so it's not requried. Is there some place to get insurance coverage for someone with a pre-existing condition. Even if they say they'll cover us but just not for his arthritis we would take that.
