I have osteoperosis and get pains in my lower back. They are mostly on the sides of my back.

I also have ostearthritis in my back and knees.  I take glucosamine sulfate for my knees and I take a lot of calcium every day - 2 600 pills with Vitamin D 400 and I eat a lot of dairy foods.  How can I tell if my pains in the back are from osteoarthris or from collapsed vertabraes in the...
