I use manganese, cholin, pantethine, b-complex and eat 2 eggs every morning for back pain.Spicey, Mexican Breakfast Burrito. Amazon has a good book called,  Lets get Well and it explains the cause of back pain.  I also eliminated copper from my body and replaced it with magnesium and of course the manganese etc.  I also eat REAL salted butter like Paula Deen for pain and Vit D milk. .  Everyone wasn't so sick back then.  Cars need grease and so do we. I eat bacon and follow a 50's diet I DO NOT take any calcium supplements as they make the pain worse for me.  I stick with the magnesium and manganese.Google and Yahoo about the above info.don't take my word. I use 1/2 cup of Borax in a warm bath and use Borax in place of shower soap every evening.  It also makes me sleep so well.  I believe like Paula that the butter makes my skin so soft and smooth.  I also eat iodized salt. (so sue me, lol)  My RA and candiditis would be so much worse without these food cures and supplements Good Luck PS I'm also moving to an area with lower humidity.
