I feel best by the ocean. Trips to Hawaii and the coastal Carolinas have been great short term success stories. I live in WNY, and the best I've felt in over two years is AWAY from here! I'm leaving in a week for 4 months in Myrtle Beach, SC. It should be interesting to see if there is improvement with a long stay "by the shore" in temperatures that will be getting steadily cooler than the temps during my brief positive experiences of Sept in Hawaii and April in NC an SC.
