Unfortunately if you have rheumatoid arthritis these are all common complaints.  If you do not I would suggest you let your primary physician know what is going on.  Make a journal of all of your symptoms so you do not forget to talk to the doctor about each of them.  If you are having these problems and they are waking you up, then you owe it to yourself to find out what is going on.  Also if you are having problems sleeping that could affect you too.  Lack of sleep can make pain more intense.  So be sure to talk to your doctor, even a quick call to his office can help!  Good luck and best wishes!
