I too suffer from dry eyes and mouth ( diagnosed with Sjogren's secondary along with RA). I had the same eye symtoms as you until my opthamologist prescribed Restasis for my dry eyes and it is working wonderfully! I take Salagen for the dry mouth, it helps somewhat. Hope this helps and good luck
