I have dry eyes, made worse by contacts until I found contacts that are thinner and breathe more. Did your eye doctor test you for Sjogren's syndrome (where your body doesn't make enough tears or saliva) or another dry eye syndrome? I just ask because my mother and grandmother both had Sjogren's which is also an autoimmune disorder. I was tested, but came back negative for it. My dry eyes aren't terribly bad, I just carry drops around with me all the time. Christine
